Myvaxtylo
Each 1 gm contains: Tylosin base (as tartrate) 0.83 gm.i.e Each 110 gm contains 100 gm tylosin tartrate.
Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic which has a bacteriostatic effect on susceptible microorganisms by binding to 50S ribosome & inhibiting protein synthesis. It’s spectrum of activity include Gram positive bacteria (Clostridium), Gram negative bacteria (Campylobacter, Pasteurella spp, Lawsonia intra cellularis) & Mycoplasma spp.
Myvaxtylo is used for treatment of Poultry :
– CRD caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
– CRD caused by Mycoplasma synoviae.
– Necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens.
– CRD caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
– CRD caused by Mycoplasma synoviae.
– Necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens.
Route of administration: Orally via drinking water
poultry : 110 gm of product/2000 kg.b.wt in drinking water / 3-5 days ( 0.5 gm/1 liter )
